All incidents within the guarantee will be communicated through the SAT Logman filling in the form Within a maximum period of 24h-48h, after verifying that the product is under warranty, Logman will inform the customer to which SAT the equipment must carry *.
If the equipment is not under warranty, the repair cost, collection and delivery costs will be communicated.
* Below are the products you can transport in your private vehicle, to the nearest repair point that the SAT indicates.
