Shipping times

The estimated delivery time is from 2 to 5 business days. If the order is made between the 9: 00 and 13: 00 h, the output of our warehouse is made on the same day. After that range of hours will be processed the next day. If you need the order to arrive at the 1 day, contact us to offer the amount associated with this urgent shipment.

Products such as Vinoglass and Vinohome have a longer delivery time between 7 and 10 days.

In case of delay of the order due to external conditions the company Cavanova Wine SL will not be considered responsible.

Shipping cost

El shipping is free for the whole peninsula except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The website does not allow online purchases for these cities but you can contact us and we will quote the shipping costs. 

We send to Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Norway, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the Balearic Islands. In the purchase process, shipping costs will be added.

IMPORTANT

Bulky product: the delivery of bulky products to flats, houses or buildings with stairs will have an associated cost. If you want the carrier to deliver the order to your door and to get there there is a step or it is a floor, you must request the hiring of a second person from the transport agency since this type of products are palletized and They are lined with wood to avoid damage in transport, so the weight and dimensions are considerable. Incidents in transport

The incidents derived from transport have to notify yourself at the maximum term of 24 hours. It is very important to check the status of the order since the transport has been able to damage it. Please, once you receive your product, open it and check that it has not been damaged. If you find a box in poor condition, write it down on the delivery note. When you sign the delivery note you accept the products in the reception status, so you can not claim for transport damages.

Orders will be delivered to the address indicated. In case of having an incorrect address or that has to be sent to another address and the order is on the way, the return costs will be borne by the customer through payment on delivery.

The large wine cellar packaging is reinforced by wood to avoid damage in transport.

Cavanova does everything possible to respect the aforementioned deadlines. In the event that you do not receive a package within the indicated period, we will contact the transport company to investigate the causes of the delay. You must verify when your package arrives that everything is correct and keep the packaging of it at least during 14 days which is the time of return of products purchased on the web.

RETURNS

How to return a product?

Only returns of products in their original condition, with their packaging, accessories and manuals will be accepted. Within a maximum period of 14 days from the day of your home delivery, You can return your product and you will be reimbursed for the full amount deducting the costs of collecting it. After this period no returns are accepted.

To return a product consider that:

Only products that are sent in perfect condition and clean will be accepted.

It is necessary to provide invoice and all the elements such as accessories and manuals that were inside the packaging of the product. Otherwise the full amount can not be refunded.

Important indications: the product must not be used, handled, disassembled and must be returned in the same packaging that received it.

Money back

Once the product is received at our facilities, we will proceed to check its status. If everything is correct, we will proceed to refund the money in the same form of payment in which it was purchased and within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt, deducting the costs of collecting it.

All customized products or made to measure can not be returned according to the law of Guarantees and Returns.
